In both events the execution of the stands and the evening events were excellent. The food and entertainment was done very professionally as well as the layout of the stands. What I found fascinating was your teams commitment and your energy. I always saw you smiling and being friendly and that is something that is very rare these days. You interacted well with everyone and the people enjoyed your company. The sound system and the availability of all the necessary sound equipment like the microphones was excellent. The set up and control via the computers were excellent and the way your people handled the situation where there was problems with the Metso computer was handled professionally and quickly. There never seemed to be any problems on your side. I am personally very impressed. You can compare yourself to the best in the world in the way you have handled this event and this I am serious about. I hope I will have the privilege of meeting you again.
